S3TurboTool is a software utility designed for unlocking Xeon E5 v3 processors on X99 motherboards from various manufacturers including Huananzhi, Jingsha, Atermiter, Machinist, Klissre, and other Chinese brands, as well as some mainstream branded boards. The tool provides functionality to create BIOS backups and flash the modified BIOS after performing the unlock procedure.
